Meditation is a Buddhist practice that offers physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
My meditation sessions involve guided meditation, a bit of Dharma teaching, and the
use of several musical instruments to help us become grounded and aware of the
present moment.
Here are some of the key advantages:

associated with physical stress.

the body to relax.

related suppression.
6. Increase Mindfulness. Meditation teaches how to cultivate mindfulness, the
ability to stay present in the current moment. This can improve relationships,

Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which we are immersed in soothing, resonant
sounds produced by instruments such as Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes,
rain sticks, and American Indian shakers. Each instrument creates its own vibration,
promoting relaxation and healing in the body and at our energy points.
Here are some of the key advantages:
1. Emotional Healing and Balance. Sound therapy can help release emotional
blockages, promote better well-being, and encourage a sense of peace and
emotional balance.
2. Pain Reduction and Physical Healing. Vibrations from sound instruments may
reduce physical pain and muscle tension. As well as reducing mental stress.
3. Deep Relaxation and Stress Relief. The harmonic sounds and vibrations help
to calm the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.
4. Enhances Mental Clarity. The different sounds, vibrations, and tones help to
clear mental clutter, leading to improved concentration and mental clarity.
5. Improves Sleep Quality. Sound Baths help to quiet the mind and relax the
body, improving overall sleep quality. During a Sound Bath session,
participants have reported falling into a deep state of relaxation.

IMPORTANT: none of these sessions provides a Yoga mat, a pillow, or a blanket. Every
participant is responsible for bringing any accessories a session may require.
