A Journey of Mine

Wil has spent more than ten years practicing meditation, learning how to quiet his
mind through steady effort. He is skilled in object observation and Vipassana
meditation, both of which have helped him deepen his spirituality.

Wil follows Buddhism and the Dharma, taking the Buddha’s advice to learn
through direct experience. He treats spirituality as something to live every day.
Through meditation, he has learned to see life more objectively, which helps him
connect with his inner self and move beyond the ego’s hold on his emotions,
thoughts, and overall well-being.

Wil’s deep curiosity about spirituality led him to explore sacred plant medicines
like Ayahuasca, Peyote, and Psilocybin in ceremonial settings. He also took part in
Temazcal, or sweat lodge, rituals, which helped him reflect and look inward. In his
first Ayahuasca ceremony, Wil describes experiencing the “light source of the
universe.” In that moment, he felt only pure love and spiritual unity, with no sense
of body or mind. After several ceremonies, he was invited to join a spiritual group,
where he shared his meditation skills and helped the Shaman guide others on their
spiritual paths.

After more than a year with the ceremonial group, Wil recognized the visions he
received and chose to continue his spiritual growth on his own. Grateful for his
journey, he now feels called to help others who are just starting their spiritual
search. By sharing what he has learned, Wil supports others and continues to
deepen his understanding.

Wil does not see himself as a teacher but as a guide who has engaged in self-
reflection and self-discovery. He believes that spirituality is not about avoiding
life, but about fully embracing it.
